The program is consistently ranked among the top 10 in the USA Swimming Virtual Club Championship. Our mission is to provide swimmers access to developmental and competitive stages while emphasizing individual progress, team unity, and family participation. Coaching Roles Available
Assistant Coach:
- 2+ practices/week, occasional meets – Hourly pay: $20–$32/hr. (based on experience)
Lead Coach and/or Site Administrator:
- 3+ practices/week, regular meet attendance – Hourly pay: $22–$40/hr. (based on experience)
- Involves group planning, meet coaching, and administrative responsibilities
The availability of hours depends on site needs. Positions are hourly, with no benefits. Commitment for full year or seasonal (fall/winter/spring) required. Roles may be able to be combined to add up to 40 hours a week if available and desired.
Practice Groups by Level:
Developmental Groups: Mini’s (8 & under), Juniors / Junior 1 & 2 (9–12), Seniors (13–18)
Advanced Groups: Advanced Juniors (9–12), National Developmental (11–14), Senior Training (13–15), Advanced Seniors & National Training (13–18)

Minimum Requirements:
- Competitive swimming experience (Summer League, High School, Club, Collegiate)
- Experience in swim instruction and/or coaching clinics preferred
- Must pass all Montgomery County and USA Swimming hiring requirements, including:
- Background checks
- USA Swimming certifications (Foundations of Coaching, Rules & Regulations, Safe Sport, Concussion Training)
- CPR and Safety Training for Swim Coaches (club can assist with training)
