Successful Applicants Will Have the Following:
– Two to three years increasingly responsible positions working with the public and as a pool manager or assistant pool manager
– Demonstrated managerial experience
– College degree in recreation or related field (preferred)
– Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or Aquatic Facility Operator (AFO) Can obtain within 90 days of hire
– Current Lifeguard Instructor (LGI)
– Current Certified Lifeguard
– Current CPR/First Aid & CPR Certifications
– Swim Lesson Program Experience
– Valid Oregon Driver’s License
The Good Stuff
Starting Salary Range: $66,000 – $71,000/year DOE. Full benefits package including employer paid medical/vision/dental insurance, generous paid leave, 401k with employer match and profit share, longevity bonus, and family access to recreation amenities (pools, disc golf, tennis & pickleball courts, river boat launch access).
