This position is responsible for assisting Carmel Swim Club Lead Group Coaches within the guidelines established by the Head Age Group Coach. The primary objective will be to prepare each athlete to meet their long term potential within the Carmel Swim Club program. Essential tools are excellent communication skills, working knowledge of proper stroke technique and the CSC common language (both dry and wet), and a contagious enthusiasm.
