Wir wollen es gar nicht beschönigen – sehr früh aufzustehen ist nicht wirklich ein Spaß. Im Bett ist es warm und kuschelig und der Gedanke, sich für das Frühtraining aus dem Bett zu quälen, sich im Winter durch die Kälte auf den Weg zu machen.
