Ali Yavar Jung National Institute of Speech and Hearing Disabilities (Divyangjan) [AYJNISHD(D)] 3 December 2024 ko disabled children ke liye ak ‘Sports Meet’ start kar raha hai. Iss ground-breaking initiative ka aim bachchon ki sporting talents ko nurture karna aur unki achievements ko celebrate karna hai.
Ye event International Day of Persons with Disabilities (IPDP) ke observation ka part hai, jo global theme ke anurup hai: “Inclusive and Sustainable Future ke liye disabled persons ke leadership ko amplify karna.”
Sports meet ka inauguration autism spectrum disorder se suffer kar rahi 16 saal ki Ms. Jiya Rai dwara kiya jayega, jo English Channel ko jeetne wali youngest and fastest para-swimmer ke roop me famous hain. Ye special event 3 December 2024 ko subah 10:30 baje start hoga. MLA, Advocate Ashish Shelar whan as a chief guest present honge jabki Society for the Empowerment of the Deaf-Blind (SEDB) India ke director Zamir Dhale iss occasion par Guest of Honour honge.
Iss event ke highlights me participation ko encourage karne aur disabled children ki pahonch aur accessibility ke baare me awareness raise karne ke liye ak ‘Inclusive Walkathon’ include hai, taaki fun and engaging sports ke through unka confidence badhaya ja sake. Indian Sign Language (ISL) par ak ‘Nukkad Natak’ held kiya jayega. Vibrant street play disabled persons ko empower karne aur unke leadership ko promote karne ke liye ISL seekhne se related hai.
Iss unique initiative ka aim disabled children ke liye aur leadership development me inclusion ke critical role ko highlight karna hai, saath hi ak sustainable and equitable future ke building me community engagement ki power par emphasize karna hai. Ye event IDPD par inclusion and accessibility ke cause ko aage badhayega.
AYJNISHD(D) Indian Government ke Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment (MSJE) ke Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities ke tahat ak institution hai.
