Swim Coach (Full-Time or Part-Time)
Sporting Jax Aquatic Club
Sporting Jax Aquatic Club is a highly competitive, athlete-centered swim program dedicated to developing swimmers at every stage — from foundational age-group athletes to championship-level competitors.
We are currently seeking a full-time and/or part-time Swim Coach to join our team at our Julington Creek Plantation location. As an expanding organization, we are seeking ambitious coaches eager to grow alongside us. Our goal is to attract and develop passionate talent driven to establish coaching as their long-term career path.
This role will work primarily with our Age Group swimmers and is ideal for an assistant coach who brings energy, technical knowledge, and a genuine passion for the sport. Coaches will collaborate closely with our experienced coaching staff to deliver high-quality practices, reinforce fundamentals, and help foster a positive, motivating, and growth-focused team culture.
Schedule Requirements
Weekday afternoons/evenings, and Saturday mornings
Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily training sessions and seasonal planning
Provide technical feedback and instruction on stroke mechanics, starts, turns, and training sets
Support athlete development in alignment with Sporting Jax operations.
Create a positive, encouraging environment that promotes effort, accountability, and team values
Communicate effectively with swimmers, parents, and coaching staff
Ideal Candidate
Prior coaching and/or competitive swimming experience
Enjoys working with swimmers across multiple age groups
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Reliable, enthusiastic, and team-oriented
