Commercial and Facility Sales Manager

Remote | | Full Time

The Role

The Commercial and Facility Sales Manager must have a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience. As a trusted advisor, you will share your knowledge and experience with customers to educate and recommend the best products for their facility. This is an amazing opportunity for the right person to build our facility sales division from the ground up.

What you will do

  • Educate all customers on the features and the benefits of the entire product line in order to increase sales, improve company’s market share and deliver the total customer satisfaction
  • Understand and determine customer requirements and expectations in order to propose specific products and solutions
  • Proactive communication with customers before orders ship to provide them with accurate ship dates and product information
  • Proactive communication with customers after they receive their order to confirm they are happy with the products and services they received
  • Collaborate with the buying team to make recommendations based on customers feedback and requirements
  • Create and manage sales reports to analyze the business
  • Constant QC and review of the site for appropriate pricing, product descriptions and product mix
  • Schedule and host webinars and product training with our customers 
  • Generate new and repeat sales in order to achieve the sales growth target and increase the company’s presence in the marketplace
  • Prepare daily customer quotes, orders and new projects submittal packages in a timely manner
  • Up sell and cross sell in order to increase sales, average order size and profitability

Must haves

  • 5 years experience in aquatic facility sales and/or as an aquatics director or coach 


This position may require occasional domestic and international travel
