Position Overview:
As a Regional Sales Representative, you will represent arena on the West Coast, driving sales and expanding our reach. You will focus on developing relationships with retailers, supporting our teams, and championing our brand within the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, including swim specialty stores, sporting goods retailers, and e-commerce accounts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand arena’s footprint.
  • Regularly visit retail accounts to provide product training, merchandising support, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for arena at industry events, swim meets, and other promotional opportunities.
  • Manage inventory and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure timely product delivery to retail partners.
  • Provide insightful sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support regional sports marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and product launches.
  • Stay updated on arena’s product range to effectively communicate unique selling points to retail partners.
  • Ensure retailer compliance with brand guidelines, including proper product display and marketing material usage.
  • Troubleshoot retailer challenges and provide effective solutions to maintain long-term partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the apparel, sporting goods, or related industries.
  • Experience working with both independent retailers and larger accounts.
  • Knowledge of the sports industry; competitive swimming experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and achieve goals.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the West Coast region and occasionally nationwide.
  • Must be located on the West Coast – CA, OR, WA preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
