17 se 19 January tak NIT Surathkal mein huye All India Inter-NIT Sports Meet event mein apni shaandaar team work aur players ke behatreen performance ke chalte National Institute Of Technolgy (NIT) Trichy ne swimming mein jeeti over all championship aur bann gaye champion.
Is event ki sabse khaas baat yah thi ki isme Womens ne bahot hi accha performance diya. Unki inhi performances ke chalte unhone Mens ko piche karte huye Overall Championship ki position secured ki aur Mens ne overall runner-up position paaya.
Waise toh sabhi female swimmers ne bahot hi accha perform kiya par unme se bhi NIT Trichy ki CH Esha ne tournament mein best female swimmer ke liye Individual championship secured ki.
Is sports meet mein total 24 NITs se aaye huye participants ne perform kiya tha. In 24 NITs mein Nagpur, Surathkal, Kozhikode, Mizoram, Jalandhar, Sikkim aur Srinagar se thi. Apne country mein 31 NITs hai jinme se 24 NITs ne participate kiya tha.
Is 3 din ke tournament mein match league aur knockout tournament mein swimming, basketball aur kabaddi jaise events mein around 1,000 participants ne participate kiya tha. – TOI
