15 minutes yoga
Warm Up:
10×100 @ 1:30 odds-free/evens- choice (50 kick/50 swim)
10×50 @ 1:00 fly/back/breast/free/choice (25 drill/25 swim)
Body position work:
8×25 @ :30 fly kick w/board, fins, and snorkel
8×25 @ :30 free kick w/board, fins, and snorkel
8×25 @ :30 breast kick w/board and snorkel
Long Axis/Core Work: Repeat 4x w/fins
1×200 @ 4:00 fly kick (rotate/50)
4×50 @ 1:00 flutter kick (rotate/round)
Stroke/UWW:
10×25 @ :30 free 1/2 and 1/2
10×25 @ :30 back 1/2 and 1/2
10×25 @ :30 breast- 2 pullouts
10×25 @ :30 fly 1/2 and 1/2
