Coach Notes

The swim coach was asked to define any shorthand he or she used in this workout. Their notes should provide some additional context to this swimming workout.

‘Whopper’ a name the kids gave it. They said it looked like a sweet set, but then as they went through it (for 7 cycles) the sweetness dissolved. Have fun.
