The Workout

Warm Up:
    800 yoyo
    8×100 IM order odds- 50 kick/50 drill evens- 50 drill/50 swim 10 sec RI
    
Stroke Work:
    20×50 @ 1:00 choice drills

Turn Work: Swim through your walls
    8×75 @ 1:40 choice from middle

Start Work:
    12×25 choice from block

15 min indy-med swim

30 min stretch
