    4×25 fly kick – Epic under water – FAST @35

    1×75 easy @1:30
    1×25 fly sprint @35
    3×50 choice FAST @50
    1×50 easy @1:10
6×50 easy @55

    1×50 easy @1:00
    1×100 FAST w/fins and paddles – free or back @1:30
1×200 easy @4:00
10×50 power tower – sprint down / sprint back w/P @2:00
