    3×50 BR drill – 2k1p – 2nd 25 splash drill @55
    4×150 EN1 free @1:50
    2×100 choice kick FAST @1:45

    4×100 EN1 IM @1:30
    2×50 back FAST @50
    2×150 EN1 IM – fly/free/bk/free/br/free @2:10
    2×50 back FAST @50
1×200 easy
10×50 power tower – w/paddles – 25 FAST w/belt / 25 sprint back @2:00
1×200 easy
