While stuck at home, Olympic and World Champion Caeleb Dressel said he had gotten a lot of requests for at-home workouts and what he was doing to stay in shape during this COVID-19 pandemic. While Dressel admitted he’s usually not one to film his workouts, he did post this video of a quick core workout created by Florida strength coach, Matt Delancy.

Thanks Caelab, 3 Kiwis from down under doing this daily, mum supporting her two teenage age group swimmers. We love this core workout, might help Mum stand better doing IOT judging duties!

I think he’s always been fairly hairless
Do people here not actually swim? If you swim as much as he does you do lose some body hair and it lightens up considerably.
I especially noticed his arm pit had no hair at all
So basically he shaved and tapered for the outbreak, bold strategy but if anyone can put an end to it it’s daddy Dressel
