Matt Korman
Matt Korman is a senior at the University of Texas, where he is studying business. Originally from Magnolia, Texas, Korman signed with Texas Christian University in his senior year at Magnolia High School – where he was class president. After his freshman year as a Horned Frog, Korman made the transfer to Austin in order to swim for the Longhorns.
The breaststroke specialist made waves in 2013 after he came out to his Texas teammates. He wrote the team an email, which exposed his true identity. His inspiring story was picked up my major news sources, which even produced the original email that Korman had written to the team.
