Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) dwara operated swimming pool currently poore shahar me swimming coaches ki significant shortage face kar rahe hain. AMC total 24 swimming pool operate kar raha hai, jisme large and small dono facilities shaamil hain. Halanki, inn facilities me recruited coaches ki sankhya requirement ke 50% se bhi kam hai.
Summer season me swimming lessons ki high demand ke saath, qualified coaches ki kami swimmers and new learners, especially unn bachchon ko accommodate karne me challenge pose kar rahi hai jinke summer vacations chal rahe hain.
Various categories me swimming coaches ke liye available 145 positions me se keval 70 positions fill kiye gaye hain, jisse 75 positions vacant rahe gaye hain. Notably, 15 officer positions me se keval 4 full kiye gaye hain. Assistant coach ke positions ke liye 77 vacancies me se 51 fill ki gayi hain. Iske alawa part-time women’s coach me se keval 15 fill kiye gaye hain.
