Warm up –

        25 side kick
        25 No free
        
Pull 12 x 50 on :45, :50 or :55 descend them -1-3…
        
6 x Main
    25 Kick Fast :30
    50 (kick fast, swim smooth) 1:00
    125 Choice 2:00 (1st, 3rd, 5th 25 strong) B: 100’s
    50 Choice 1:00 (2nd 25 fast)
    25 Swim Fast :30

Warm Down
