Ryan Murphy, Torri Huske Highlight 2026 Sacramento Pro Series Psych Sheets

2026 Sacramento Pro Series

  • May 20-23, 2026
  • Sacramento, CA
  • LCM (50 meters)
  • Psych Sheets

The Sacramento Pro Series psych sheets have dropped and the meet looks to have bigger names this year than a year ago. Highlighting the psych sheets are Ryan Murphy and Torri Huske.

Murphy will make his return to competition after taking a break from racing since the 2024 Paris Olympics where he won bronze in the 100 backstroke. Murphy is the top seed in the 100 backstroke with a 52.08. He also is entered in the 50 back as the #22 seed, primarily because his entry time is a 100 backstroke time.

The women’s side is highlighted by Huske who is entered in seven events. Huske could swim all seven if she wants as athletes are allowed seven events total and a maximum of three in one day. She is coming off of her senior season at Stanford where she swam to NCAA titles in the 50 free, 100 free, and 100 fly. This will be her first long course meet since the 2025 World Championships.

Huske’s Entries:

  • 200 IM: #1 seed
  • 200 free: #2 seed
  • 100 fly: #1 seed
  • 50 free: #1 seed
  • 200 back: #16 seed
  • 50 fly: #4 seed
  • 100 free: #1 seed

Her 200 backstroke entry stands out as she has not swam the long course version of the event since 2018. She is entered as the #16 seed with a short course yards entry time. Huske notably led off Stanford’s 200 medley relay at NCAAs in a 22.98 50 back which made her the #5 performer all-time in the SCY 50 back.

After missing the 2026 Men’s NCAA Championships due to a “minor injury,” Luca Urlando is on the psych sheets in the 200 free (#7 seed), 100 fly (#2 seed), 200 fly (#1 seed), and 50 fly (#9 seed). Urlando did not disclose the injury but has battled injury before, having shoulder surgery back in 2022.

Bella Sims and Claire Weinstein have made their way back to training with Sandpipers of Nevada for the summer. Both appear on the psych sheets with Weinstein entered in the 100 free, 200 free, 400 free, and 800 free. Sims is entered in the 100 free, 200 free, 400 free, 100 fly, 200 fly, and 50 back.

Ooh, Huske is swimming at this event! yay!

Also thrilled to see Urlando listed. Really hope he’s recovered from whatever injury kept him out of the NCAAs

Michael Andrew and Torri Huske will probably draw the most attention, but I am curious about some of the underclassmen who had good/breakout NCAA seasons and how they stack up in LCM. I will be keeping an eye out for Liberty Clark, Mia West and Ethan Ekk among others. Taylor Ruck seems to be quietly coming back into form. I think the last Pan Pacs was held in 2018 and Ruck was the top female swimmer if I member correctly.

Mea culpa, I looked it up and I forgot about Cate Campbell, but Ruck did have an outstanding 2018 Pan Pacs, that was before COVID and everything seems so long ago

Undoubtedly ..she came to win 8 medals last year..unfortunately she fought so hard with massively affected illness and put her soul to bring 2 WR s home with that heart full performances including 04 medals.
