During the 800 free for men, the announcer talked about the bonus that will be paid out to the Top 3 men and Top 3 women based on the best 3 results by each swimmer (4000 Euro, 2000 Euro, 1000 Euro). Do we know which 6 swimmers won these bonuses?

Wish there were more sponsors and prize money for Swimming. A little more money for people in the final but than you do have the 1,000 Euro bonus for each meet record. Liebmann broke the 800 record but just over a second but his 14.39 was almost 5 seconds from the meet record there, so one meet record, two 1st place finishes and one 2nd place finish (scratched 200 Free final after a 1.7 second PB during prelims)

Is that 5000 Euro in performance bonuses plus event money?

Those were some good 800’s to watch. Having watched some Katie vs Summer races in the 800 the women’s race was not quite at the same level as the men’s 800 race. I was hoping would have lowered the meet record so that she could have collected another bonus check.

Watched the 50 Free and it looked like Brooks was further behind than what I would have expected. I watched the 100 free race to see his start there so wonder if something went wrong
