Iss order me waterfalls, abandoned quarries, rivers, lakes, and similar natural water bodies shaamil hain. Order me kaha gaya hai ki ye decision SP (South) ke recommendation ke baad liya gaya hai, jinhone monsoon ke during tourist and local recreation spots par baar-baar doobne ki taraf ishara kiya tha.

Police inspectors and mamlatdars ko strict vigilance maintain rakhne aur prohibition ko diligently enforce karne ka order diya gaya hai. Order me kaha gaya hai ki violators ko Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 ke provisions ke tahat punishment face karna padega.
