KSA Rules Change Karke Bada Laabh Kamana Chahta Hai

Young swimmers ko rules  change hone se bahot benefit milne ki hope hai.

Karnataka Swimming Association ne kaha ki state sub-junior and junior swimming championships events me Group 1, 2 and 3 ke swimmers ko sub-division A, B and C me divide karne ke rule me change karne se sport ke future ke liye positive outcomes aa sakte hain.

NRJ State Sub-junior and Junior Swimming Championships se Start karte huye, Group 1, jisme pahle 15-17 years ki age ke swimmers ko ak bracket me rakha gaya tha, ko 15, 16 aur 17 years ki age ke logon ke liye respectively sub-groups A, B and C me divide Kiya gaya hai taaki young swimmers ke medals jeetne ke chances ko aur badhaya ja sake. Group 2 (12-14 years) and Group 3 (10-11 years) ke swimmers ke liye bhi isi tarah ka change kiya gaya hai.

KSA ke secretary and Swimming Federation of India ke Vice President M Satish Kumar ne iss change ke kai benefits bataye. Satish said, “ Yah KSA me hamare dwara ki gayi sabse innovative initiatives me se ak hai. Hum 17 saal se kam age ke 60-70% se jada swimmers ko tab tak kho rahe the jab tak unhe jeetne ka chance nahi mila, kyuki wo demotivate ho gaye the.” Unhone aage kaha, “ Hum change karna chahte the aur dekhna chahte the ki kya ise ak saal me break karne se jada log bina kisi dropout ke higher groups me shaamil ho payenge.”

Satish ne iss baat ko deny kiya ki iss change ka tab koi asar ho sakta jab young swimmers national and international events me elder swimmers ke saath compete karenge. Unhone kaha, “ Humne Jin 3 age groups ko separate kiya hai, unme se hum best two ko national level pe le ja rahe hain. Wo waise bhi wahan higher age group ke logon ke saath compete karne ja rahe hain. Sabse important baat ye hai ki ak event me three medalists and eight finalists ki jagah, hamare paas nine medalists and twenty four finalists hain. Next two or three years me, hume sabse oldest age group me three times logon Ko swimming me shaamil karna hoga. Yahi hamara vision hai.”

Satish ne kaha, “ Karnataka ne hamesha bade changes ki direction me pragati ki hai. Jab  hum apni Asian or All Indian general body me jayenge, toh hum definitely swimmers and guardians ke sabhi reactions and testimonies ke saath ise pesh karenge, jinhone samjha aur feel kiya hai ki ye bahot bada aur important change hai jo Indian Swimming chahti hai.

Olympic ke liye qualify kar chuki 14 saal ki swimmer Dhinidhi Desingu ne Satish ke claims ko repeat kiya aur younger swimmers ke liye iske benefits ko highlight kiya.

KSA ke President Gopal B Hosur ne kaha, “ this change will make sure ki kisi category me growth, skill and coaching me koi gap na ho. Humne iss change ke saath unke rules ko modify karne ke intention se Swimming Federation of India ko approach kiya hai. Ye ak successful initiative prove hui hai.”
