Position – Director of Roadrunner Aquatics / Head Senior Coach
Roadrunner Aquatic is owned and operated by CSUB Director of Swimming and Diving Coach, Chris Hansen
Responsibilities include:
Developing a season plan and coaching the senior group (National level swimmers)
Oversee all groups and coaches
Hiring and supervising assistant coaches
Developing practice schedules for all groups
Maintaining team records
Determining meet lineups
Attending meets
Organizing team travel
Monthly Billing
Assist in Learn To Swim schedule
Experience in the following areas are a plus:
Computer skills
Colorado timing systems
Meet Manager software
Club Assistant
Other Duties include
Assistant coach with CSUB
Assist with College meet preparations
Attend Travel meets
Roadrunner Aquatics Salary is dependent upon experience and skill
