American Swimmer Gretchen Walsh ne Sunday ko women’s 4x100m medley relay me winning U.S. team ke part ke roop me 11th record add karne se pahle 50m freestyle final me gold ke saath world short course championship me apna 10th world record set kiya.

Walsh ne Budapest ke Duna Arena me 50 free race 22.83 seconds me complete ki- second place par maujood fellow Kate Douglas se .22 seconds aage.

Walsh ne baad me apne world record ko 11 tak extend kiya- 9 individual and 2 in relays- jab Regan Smith, Lilly King, Walsh and Douglas se milkar bani US ne 3 minutes 40.41 seconds me relay jeet li. Iski shuruaat Smith ke backstroke lead-off leg ke 54.02 seconds se hui, Jo ak world record bhi hai.

Smith ne women’s 200m backstroke event ka final jeetne ke liye 1:58.04 ka world record time bhi haasil kiya, aur unke compatriot Luke Hobson ne men’s 200m free event me 1:38.61 ke time ke saath gold medal jeeta, wo bhi world record hai.

Organizers ne kaha ki championship me total 30 world record set kiye gaye.

Men’s 4×100 medley relay me bhi Miron Lifintsev, Kirill Prigoda, Andrei Minakov and Egro Kornev ne neutral athletes ke roop me compete karte huye 3:18.68 ka world record banaya.

25m ka pool Olympic pool ki half length ka hai.
