Construction has begun at Resorts World Las Vegas in preparation for the upcoming Enhanced Games, which will take place on May 24th.
The Enhanced Games shared an Instagram post celebrating the early stages of construction of the brand-new complex, which will host 2,500 in-person fans for swimming, track, and weightlifting events.
The $20 million complex will also house 16 luxury boxes, a VIP lounge, a Red Carpet walk, and a musical performance area where rock group The Killers will be performing.
The arena will be able to house all of the events under one roof, with a built-in pool, track, and weightlifting area, making it a one-size-fits-all for sporting arenas.
The full render of the build was posted on Instagram back in December.
The full list of Enhanced games athletes stands at 41, with swimmers accounting for 17, including three American swimmers.

As for the aquatic events taking place in Las Vegas, four swimming races were initially announced, the 50 free, 100 free, 50 fly, and 100 fly, but the field of competitors has since been expanded to include several breaststrokers, implying an expanded competition field as well.
If a swimmer in the 50 free swims under the current World Record, recently set by Cam McEvoy at the China Open of 20.88 (which is faster than what Gkolomeev swam in February of 2025 as an enhanced athlete in 20.89), they will receive a $1 million bonus. All other World Records that are broken will receive $250,000.
In a report from CNBC, the Enhanced Games stock will go public on Friday, in that interview, co-founder Christian Angermayer even stated that the Enhanced Games are doing the “first ever-clinical study on performance enhancing drugs”, and with some athletes being non-enhanced, it creates a “control group”, with an optimistic goal of showing “the world the most scientific information they have ever had”.

I wonder if the pool length measurements will be “enhanced”
This is awesome. Can’t wait!!!!
I’d be surprised if anyone beside maybe Gkolomeev breaks 21 in the 50. And even he won’t be under 21.80 I’d say. You can’t just replace Cam’s technical efficiency with muscle mass, and he’s not a small guy to begin with. And even with juice I bet none of them can replicate the athleticism Dressel naturally had when going 21.04.
Lets Pretend Ben Proud isnt there.
You don’t think Ben Proud could do it?
As someone who listens to the masterpiece that is Hot Fuss at least once a week, I am so disappointed The Killers are involved with this circus.
Why did they have to go to the United Arab Emirates for 3 months to take the drugs ?
Last year, Magnussen and Kristian were going to clinics in LA to take their protocols and that was shown in their documentary.
Did something change in the US law, that made it illegal to take these drugs while on US soil ?
And why specifically the UAE and not another country ?
@Braden Keith, do you have any insights?
I have some guesses, but no insights. I think what you proposed is plausible – may just be less complicated and less paperwork in the UAE. I also think it’s possible that someone in the UAE just covered the costs. Or all of the above.
Could be the doctors and pharmacists not american
Who would pay to watch this spectacle? I predict they lose money big time. And pity the poor folks who get conned into buying stock in this outfit.
The Enhanced Games themselves might not have a huge long-term value, but the longevity business certainly does.
If you stop looking at it as a sporting event and instead look at it as a pharmaceutical/health and beauty brand, the business makes more sense.
It’s a ‘shoot the moon’ situation, but the investors involved in this project have certainly done more with less (for better or worse).
It’s a product demo – we’ve got to think it of like anytime Apple comes out with a new iPhone/iPad.
I will def watch
But will there be a livestream ?
Coleman did a great job from Fort Lauderdale!
Holy bad investment
