2024 SEC Championships: Day 1 Finals Live Recap

The 2024 SEC Championships are slated to get underway in Auburn, Alabama today with diving, the 200 medley relay, and the 800 free relay.


Bella Sims Leads Off Florida’s 800 Free Relay in SEC Record of 1:40.90

The Florida relay went on to break the SEC record that the Georgia women set back at 2016 NCAAs. Sims led off in an SEC record as well.
