600 MIX = 300 Ch+ 6 x 50 w/10 RI O = K/D, E = D/S
4 x 100 @ 1:45 Focus on turns
8 x 25 @ :30 HVO Out/In

3x
    50 @ 1:00 (25 S + 25 K)
    75 @ 1:30 (50 S + 25 K)
    100 @ 2:00 (75 S + 25 K)
    125 @ 2:30 (100 S + 25 K)

18 x 75 @ 1:15 Spike Every 6

Slow & Deliberate Swimming:
    4 x 100 @ 2:00 [ >1:50 ]
    4 x 75 @ 1:30 [ >1:20 ]
    4 x 50 @ 1:00 [ >:50 ]

Slow and Deliberate swimming at the end w/times to be over or the set starts over! Forces them to take their time and focus on perfect technique.
