18:00 WUTS = 12 J’s, Miniband II, Coordination, Arm & Leg Swings, T-Spine + CR’s, PVC, PVC L&R, Stretch Cord

1000 MIX = 250 S + 250 K + 250 P + 5 x 50 w/10 RI D/Build to FAST w/Perfect Finish

    2 x 100 @ 1:30 Smooth Fr S

    1 x 700 @ 9:30 Fr w/Pads, Fins & Snork
    3 x 500 @ 7:30 Fr w/Pads & Snork
