2x 100s SPRINT Swim w/ Fins on 2:00

REPEAT CYCLE 2X
3x 75s Kick on 1:10
2x 100s Swim on 1:15
3x 25s Specialty SPRINT on :25
1x 100s EZ on 2:00

3x 100s Scull on 2:00
