The University of Texas men have finished the 2025-2026 regular season as the unanimous #1 in the CSCAA Dual Meet poll. The poll, voted on by a committee of coaches, is designed to reflect outcomes of dual meets, rather than predict championship performances.
The defending NCAA Champion Longhorns received all 16 1st place votes. The Arizona State men, the Big 12 Champions, were chosen 2nd, receiving all-but-one 2nd-place vote. That’s a solidifying of their ranking after breaking the NCAA Record in the 400 free relay at their conference meet. The Big Ten Champions Indiana rank 3rd, ceding a few points to the Sun Devils.
30 total teams received votes in the final poll of the season.

The top four teams all stayed the same from the last poll. The first change came with a flip between ACC and Bay Area uber-rivals Cal and Stanford. While the poll is a dual meet poll, the committee appeared unable to ignore the Cal men winning the ACC title by 78 points over Stanford and performing the best they have all season.
There was a similar reshuffle in the bottom end of the Big Ten, with NC State and Tennessee leapfrogging Georgia, and Michigan moving into the top 10 ahead of Ohio State after an impressive performance at the Big Ten Championships.
The biggest risers were the men of Virginia Tech, who climbed from 21 to 15 in the latest poll. Ironically, the Virginia Tech men fell two spots after beating Virginia, but have risen again after a 5th-place finish at the ACC Championships – higher than #24 Virginia and #13 Florida State.
The biggest fallers were the USC men, who dropped from #15 to #19 – though that may be as much because of headline conference performances by the teams that are now ahead of them (especially Arizona and Princeton) as it is about new information about USC.
The Navy men moved into the top 25 after receiving votes in the February poll. They picked up 21 points in the poll after winning the Patriot League title.
The 2026 Men’s NCAA Championship meet runs from March 25-28 at Georgia Tech in Atlanta.

Biggest upward mover – UVA
Biggest downward mover – ?
This is a dual meet ranking, it’s not intended to reflect NCAA championship results- if you want those, look at the power rankings.
If you want to know the results from the “actual competition” check the results after the meet.
Are there last chance meets this weekend? I think Masiuk and Bailey are probably not qualified
I have the same question. As of now they won’t make it.
Texas site said they would be at SMU right now but they haven’t competed so far
