Assistant Age Group Coach – 10 & Under Focus

Texas Ford Aquatics (TFA) is seeking an enthusiastic, full-time Assistant Age Group Coach with primary responsibilities coaching our 10 & Under swimmers in our USA Swimming program. TFA is a privately owned, coach-led club located in Frisco, TX — repeatedly recognized as one of the best places to live and raise a family in America.

Position Highlights:
- Primary coaching responsibility is developing and leading our 10 & Under practice groups
- Collaborate with the Head Coach and Head Age Group Coach to plan and implement age-appropriate training and technique development
- Assist with supervising and mentoring junior coaching staff
- Support meet preparation and attend local and travel meets as needed
- Engage with swimmers and parents to foster a positive, supportive team culture
Qualifications:
- Strong technical knowledge of competitive swimming, especially in teaching foundational skills for younger swimmers
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High level of motivation, initiative, and enthusiasm for working with children
- Prior coaching experience with age group swimmers preferred
- Familiarity with TeamUnify and Hy-Tek software a plus
- Current USA Swimming Coach Certifications required; ASCA Level 2 or higher preferred
