If you’ve been living in the world of the NCAA postseason you might have forgotten that the national long course calendar gets underway this weekend at the TYR Pro Swim Series in Westmont, Ill. The meet has attracted a range of talent from around the world as swimmers tune-up with approximately three months until selection meets for the 2025 World Championships in Singapore.

The pool will be packed with Olympians, as Summer McIntosh, Regan Smith, Sam Short, Kate Douglass, Carson Foster and more compete. McIntosh ripped an 8:09.86 in the 800-meter freestyle last month, but for many of these stars, it will be their first competition of the new season. Smith and Douglass tore up the short-course season at the end of 2024, but this will be their first long-course meet since the Olympic Games.

In the U.S., the meet will be available to watch through Peacock or the USA Swimming Network. The action starts on Wednesday with timed finals for the 1500 freestyle at 5:00 pm CT. For the rest of the meet, prelims start at 9:00 am CT and finals at 6:00 pm CT.

Maybe 0.5% chance since SM is swimming lol? But i doubt it. it usually works to go straight to the USA swimming website to watch the stream. You must only provide your email. I’m also in Canada and never had an issue.
