NC State Heads To West Coast For Winter National Championships

RALEIGH- Set to make its third appearance on the west coast this season, select members of the NC State swimming and diving team will compete in the 2015 AT&T Winter National Championships ThursdaySunday in Federal Way, Wash.

Preliminary sessions are slated to begin at 12 p.m. ET, while finals will commence at 9 p.m. ET each day inside Weyerhaeuser King County Aquatic Center.

The meet will be contested in a long course (50m) pool, and serves as one more chance in the 2015 portion of the season for swimmers to race.

The Wolfpack competed at the Nike Cup Invitational in Chapel Hill, N.C. The men finished second of seven teams with 1,545.5 points, while the women earned a fourth-place finish out of nine teams with 1,328.5 points.

Collectively, NC State tabbed 46 NCAA qualifying marks and 68 top-10 finishes on the three-day meet.
