He’s Baaaack. The winningest Olympian of all-time Michael Phelps swam his first race since the 2012 Olympics on Thursday at the 2014 Mesa Grand Prix. He took the top seed over Rival Ryan Lochte, and the two will swim side-by-side in finals.
