Yoga for Swimmers (Video): A Sequence to Enhance Recovery

This longer sequence addresses the entire body and is designed to enhance recovery after a hard workout or during a recovery phase of training. During this sequence you want to encourage the body to relax and release tension by using your breath, focusing on body awareness and allowing yourself to come into poses rather than forcing yourself into poses.
