The 2017 YMCA Short Course National Championships wrapped up on Saturday at the Greensboro Aquatic Center in North Carolina. Among the highlights of the meet were York’s Courtney Harnish, who did not lose an individual race along with University of Texas commit and Sarasota YMCA senior Austin Katz who owns two individual YMCA national records. Additionally, Caitlin Tycz of Bath Area was able to sweep the butterfly events, and Ross Dant put together a remarkable showing in the men’s the distance events. Countryside’s Grant House made his mark with a new national record in the men’s 200 freestyle.
