- Are you a female swimming coach who has had experience coaching at the NCAA Division I level?
- Would you like to share the story of your career experiences?
I, Jessica Siegele, am currently conducting a research study, approved by the University of Tennessee, on the career experiences of female college swim coaches who have spent time coaching at the NCAA Division I level. Experience in any position is welcome: assistant, associate, and head coaches. As a participant of this study you will be asked to participate in one 60 to 120-minute interview.
