In the final, North Texas Nadadores’ Maximus Williamson continued the tear he has been on for the last two days. After posting a pair of #2 all-time times in the 13-14 age group, Williamson broke the NAG in the 200 free on Friday. Saturday night, he won the 13-14 200 back by 7.4 seconds with 2:04.11. He dropped 3.46 seconds and vaulted to #9 all-time in the age group. Next, Williamson took nearly 6 seconds off his previous best time in the 400 free, going 4:00.52 to become the 8th-fastest 13-14-year-old in history. Both times qualified him for Summer Juniors.
