The Florida men finished 4th at the 2025 NCAA Championships with 315 points. Rising senior Liendo led the way with 57 individual points including NCAA titles in the 100 free and 100 fly. Linscheer, also a rising senior, was the team’s 4th highest individual scorer at NCAAs with 19 points.

Brown enters his senior season this fall and swam in prelims of the 500 free, the 1650 free, and 400 IM at 2025 NCAAs. Only a junior, Buff scored 14 points at 2025 NCAAs. Gesing is one of four male divers on the roster and enters his junior season, and scored three points at 2025 NCAAs.

The women’s side finished 6th at 2025 NCAAs with 232 points. Rising junior Kruger scored three individual points at 2025 NCAAs and helped the team to a 3rd place finish in the 800 free relay. Dixon, a rising senior, swam in prelims at 2025 NCAAs, swimming the 200 back, 200 IM, and 400 IM.

Ramey enters her junior season and also swam in prelims of 2025 NCAAs, swimming the 200 free and 200 back. The senior Moore finished her 2024-2025 season at the dual meet against Florida State in January. Diver Greenberg competed at 2025 NCAAs and is one of five divers on the women’s roster.

Florida is set to begin the 2025-2026 season later this month as they travel to Indiana for a dual meet on Friday, September 26th. The team’s first home meet is October 10th when they host Virginia.

While accurate, I think this summary is underselling Dixon. While she was only a prelims swimmer this year at NCAAs, in 2024, she was an A finalist in both IMs, and in 2023, she was a B finalist in the 400 IM.

100 free record is going back to the University of Florida where it belongs. Hopefully Marshall can get the 100 back to complete the set. chomp chomp.

Have a feeling Josh is poised for a big last season in the NCAA, would love to see him finally get the 100 free and fly records

Buff over Marshall? Not saying he’s bad but Marshall has a bigger team impact and is a junior

Captains have little to nothing to do with point scoring they just correlate often.

Being a captain is not all about scoring points at NCAAs

I mean, impossible to know what goes on at practice day to day. Who is on time, who rallies their opponents, gets good grades and goes to class, checks teammates when they’re not focused…
