Residential Maine children’s camp with exceptional facilities seeks Swimming Director for summer 2025. Beautiful spring-fed lake, amazing community.
Responsibilities include:
- Working with our Waterfront Director to ensure a safe instructional swim program
- Conduct and oversee swim tests
- Implement lessons following American Red Cross levels and guidelines
- Lead in the training and development of 13 lifeguard-certified swim instructors
