Annapolis Swim Club is seeking part time assistant coaches. ASC was recently named a Bronze medal swim club in the 2024 and 2026 USA Swimming Club Excellence program. Located right in the capital of Maryland, ASC is a club of 275 athletes ranging from novice swimmers ages six to eight years old, all the way up through high school athletes who are Junior and Senior National level qualifiers. Job Description
The University of Nevada, Reno is recruiting for an Assistant Coach, Swimming and Diving. The Assistant Coach is responsible for supporting all aspects of the Swimming and Diving program, including the instruction and development of student-athletes in sport-specific techniques, training methods, conditioning, and competition strategies. This position assists with practice planning and implementation, student-athlete skill development, and fostering a positive and competitive team culture. Additional responsibilities include assisting with the recruitment and retention of student-athletes, supporting academic success and personal development, promoting the program through public relations and community engagement activities, and assisting with daily program operations and administration. The Assistant Coach may also support travel coordination, compliance-related activities, and other operational duties as assigned by the Head Coach.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree and two (2) years of related work experience OR

Related Experience: Team coaching experience and/or playing experience (note: Coaching or playing experience considered must be at the high school, Junior College, NAIA, NCAA I, II, III, or higher level)

The Aquatics Director is responsible for planning, development, fiscal management, administration, and promotion of the UVAC Red Cross Safety and Education program. - Maintain fully stocked first-aid kits, CPR masks and blood spill kits.
- Perform CPR/AED certifications and re-certifications for UVAC staff as necessary.
- Conduct In-service training sessions for all aquatic staff
- Hiring, training, and oversight of all Lifeguard and Red Cross instructor staff
- Coordination of pool schedules and events and providing appropriate lifeguard coverage as needed.
