Swim workout for the bored swammer.
WARM UP: 100 swim, 100 kick, 100 drill choice
25 sculling of choice no kick, 10 push-outs (press out of the water with no foot contact)
25 sculling, 8 push-outs
25 sculling, 6 push-outs
25 sculling, 4 push-outs
25 sculling, 2 push-outs.
100 backstroke/squid swim (on back, breast kick, Venn diagram arms)
25 fast kick, hop out for 10 burpees
25 fast kick, 8 burpees
25 fast kick, 6 burpees
25 fast kick, 4 burpees
25 fast kick, 2 burpees.
COOL DOWN: 100 mermaid/choice of movement.
