The Workout

600 ez swim

2:00

16 x 50 on 1:00 midpool – 5/5/5 drill – 5 kicks on back, 5 kicks on side, 5 kicks on front off each wall

2:00

16 x 25 sprint with fins on :40 – overspeed

2:00

8 x 75 kick IM no free on 1:30

2:00

8 x 50 dive 50 sprints on 3:00 in 2 heats

8 x 50 ez cool down
