RACE VIDEO: Watch SwimMAC Girls Win 400 Medley Relay at 2014 U.S. Junior National Championships

The SwimMAC Carolina girls swooped in with some new faces on the final day of the 2014 U.S. Junior National Championships in Irvine, California, and won the girls’ 400 medley relay in 4:10.73. The winning relay was Stephanie Nelson (1:04.01), Maija Roses (1:09.80), Caitlin Casazza (1:00.22), and Nora McCullagh (56.70).

They swam out of heat 2, as did the top 5 finishes overall in the timed final. That includes runners-up Y-Spartaquatics (4:11.97) and the Carmel Swim Club (4:13.53).
