Team USA is now accepting nominations for a select, competitive roster to represent the United States in swimming at the 2026 FISU America Games in Lima, Peru (July 20–August 1, 2026). Open exclusively to collegiate athletes, selection will be based on published long-course meter standards, with final roster decisions made by the Team USA coaching staff. Meeting standards does not guarantee selection. Roster spots are limited.
The swimming competition will take place July 24–26 at the Videna Aquatic Center, host of the 2019 Pan American Games and home to the 2027 Pan-American Games.
Athletes may be nominated by their coach or may self-nominate for consideration.
“This is an incredible opportunity for our U.S. student-athletes to compete at an elite international level while representing Team USA,” said Team Lead Molly Hebzynski (Oakland University).
The FISU America Games serve as a continental championship for university athletes across North, Central, and South America under the International University Sports Federation (FISU). UniUSA, the recognized national university sport body responsible for American representation in FISU events, including the World University Games, supports U.S. participation.
