About the Study:

I’m conducting a graduate thesis exploring the influence of swimming on the mental and emotional well-being of children and adolescents, particularly those from challenging or adverse environments. Your real-world coaching experience is key to understanding how swimming environments promote the functioning and well-being of youth.

What’s Involved:

  • One 45-60-minute confidential interview
  • Conducted via Zoom, phone, or in person
  • Flexible scheduling based on your availability
  • Your identity will remain completely anonymous

Why Participate?

Your voice will contribute to vital research that advocates for swimming as a therapeutic tool in youth mental health support.
