WATCH: Sarah Sjostrom Swim 56.50 in the 100 Fly at Swedish Nationals

Sweden’s Sarah Sjostrom swam an impressive 56.50 on Thursday at the Swedish National Championships. The time was only made slightly less impressive by the fact that she’s already done that once before in the last month!

Sjostrom is a huge favorite to win the European title in the event this year, and should enter as the favorite to defend her World Championship in 2015 as well.

Below, watch the video of her 56.50 from Thursday, courtesy of SVT Play.
