Bottazzo has the sprintiest looking breaststroke I’ve seen. No idea how she inchworms on top of the water like that!

This record will last for two years until Charlotte Crush goes 22.8, McKenzie Siroky goes 25.4, Mizuki Hirai goes 21.9, and Camille Spink goes 20.6 for a time of 1.30.7 on a medley relay at SECs but then add and place 4th at NCAAs.

Hate to be the party pooper here, but Claire Curzan’s finish into the wall looks like a DQ. Her body is completely submerged before she touches the wall.

Incorrect. You missed the rule change.

Rule was changed last year — swimmers can be entirely submerged now. Some are diving down at the flags (although I have not seen anyone go faster this way).
