Mary-Sophie Harvey on Training with Energy Standard as a 17-Year-Old

We sat down with Energy Standard’s Mary-Sophie Harvey, who has had a breakout 3rd season for the ISL juggernaut. Harvey explains how she specialized her training heading into the 2020 Olympic Games and found out she enjoyed it, so continued to do so into the ISL season with success throughout each match. Harvey also discusses following her age-group coach, Tom Rushton, to Turkey as a 17-year-old when he made the move to go coach the Energy Standard club at Gloria Sports Arena in 2017.
