The 2026 Big 12 Swimming and Diving Championships concluded Saturday night with finals of the 200 backstroke, 100 freestyle, 1650 freestyle, 200 breaststroke, and 400 freestyle relays. Trying to watch the ending of that mens 400 free relay is infuriating. Who in their right mind cuts to the crowd twice in the last 12.5 before the finish of a relay about to potentially break an NCAA record? Absolute horrible broadcasting. Reminds me of one of the videos of one of Dressel’s insane races at 2018 SECs and they cut out his entire last 25 for some random lady waving a UF flag.
